2020 : UX, service design, product design, prototyping
On a serial consulting mission for Citeo, I worked with interdisciplinary teams to create and prototype new use cases and work flows for order tracking, client communications, internal organisation, product packaging, and eco-packaging evaluation. To date, I have assisted with 3 DoTank workshops each with different clients, sponsored by Citeo.
